Conclusion

Tattoos are good but can also be dangerous if you don’t know how to handle them properly. Make sure that you know who you are dealing with and that they are licensed if you go to a shop. Tattoos is something serious and when you get them make sure they are special to you and mean something, don’t go get over 50 tattoos just because other people are doing it and/or you just want to be cool, be yourself. Tattoos can explain a lot about a person you don’t know, for many people tattoos are speaking for them, they don’t have to say a word they just let you read their body. Let your ink speak for you!

B O D Y

There are four major different types of tattooing.  The first would be, abstraction tattoos, and with this type of tattooing they are done in shades of black and classic gray. The second would be naturalistic tattoos, and this type of tattoo name speaks for itself, this is done in a natural way, and every tattoo is designed to make as real as possible. The third would be the dedication tattoos, this type of tattoo is known as “pledges”, and for example they are prayer hands with someone name, hearts with people’s names inside and many more different types of things. The fourth would be simplification tattoos, this is a tattoo that doesn’t have any limited boundaries and the tattoo can be any shape and size. If you want to check this information out for yourself then you should go visit, “iloveindia.com. “Types of Tattoos”.
There are some steps you will have to take when you get your first tattoo at a tattoo shop. One of the first decisions would be where you want it done at? Who do you want to do it? When can you get your tattoo? What type of design? And how much will they be charging you? You want to make sure that the tattoo artist knows what he/she is doing and are their drawings skill up to your standards. If you are under 18 you have to show valid identification for proof of age. “http://.tattoo.about.com. “Getting a Tattoo. Step by Step Process”.
Once you and your artist are ready they will walk you over to the station and clean the area where you want your tattoo with rubbing alcohol. Any hair around the area will be shaved with a razor, and once again the area will the cleaned with rubbing alcohol. The artist with use a thermal fax to make the stencil which will be placed on the area where you want to get your tattoo. The artist will use a stick of deodorant which makes transfer darken on your skin once the stencil is pulled away it will look purple-ish blue. The artist will show you the needles they will be using on you and start connecting the tattoo machine. While doing your tattoo the artist will use A&D ointment or Vaseline once will only be applied on clean areas, and the ink that will be used on your skin will be placed in tiny cups called, “ink caps”. They say pain is pleasure, so I hope you’re ready for your tattoo. “http://tattoo.about.com. “Getting a Tattoo. Step by Step Process”.
Once the artist is complete with the tattoo, he/she will wipe you down, tape area of tattoo up to make sure it is secure and then talk to you about the after care directions. These directions are very helpful, and you will need to follow them in order for your tattoo to heal correctly. “http://tattoo.about.com. “Getting a Tattoo. Step by Step Process”.
Many people get tattoos for all the wrong reasons. Some people get them just because everyone else is and because they think they will be cool and people will like them. One of the main real reasons people get tattoos are because they have meaning and something special behind them. Tattoos are supposed to mean something to you just like everything you want or have has meaning to it. My favorite person that has tattoos is a rapper named, “Lil Wayne”, I believe he has over 200 different tattoos and behind every still one is something important and means something different. If you would like to see his tattoos and what they mean you can check out, “Lil Wayne’s tattoos and descriptions”.

Types of Tattoos

My research paper is about, TATTOOS. In honor of that I'm going to blog about different types of tattoos. As I did my own little research about this amazing topic I came upon 5 different common tattoos that people get now.

Abstraction Tattoo

  • This specific type of tattoo is usually down in shades of black and classic gray.
With this type of tattoo it is very common today. Some people enjoy just a simple tattoo which is done this way and it still good great.

Naturalistic Tattoo

  • This type of tattoo is done to make it real as simple.
This type of tattoo speaks for itself, it's done in a NATURAL way.

Dedication Tattoo

  • This type of tattoo is knowing as "pledges". For an good example, "prayer hands with someone hand around it.

Simplification Tattoo

  • This type of tattoo doesn't have any limited boundaries
This can be done in any shape and can be any type.

Complex Tattoos

  • This is a tattoo that most people get with Japanese body suits and combination of unrelated images.

Tattoos

Pain, pleasure, excitement, creative, unique, these are some of best words to describe tattoos.  Tattoos are apart of today’s every day life, when you look around you will see different types of tattoos on different types of people. Tattoos have always been popular and something that some people get but not everyone, and pain has something to do with that. You like pain then you most deafly will be okay with getting tattoos.

New Blog Topic?

For a new topic I think I would like to do something about tattoos. Talk about the different types of tattoos, or how people do tattoos, the steps and/or procedures to getting a tattoo. I personally love tattoos, so far I have 8 of them and I do plan on getting more, soon. Tattoos are something VERY popular now and it would be fun to inform people that don't have them, and to the people that have some information that they probably didn't know about.

Another idea would be the L.A. Lakers. I love the Lakers, I think I love the Lakers so much because of Kobe Bryant mostly. Kobe is hands down the best player in the league. So maybe I could do half a paper on Kobe Bryant and the other half on the L.A. Lakers and then combine them both. Since Kobe holds majority of the records for the Lakers that would be GREAT.

The BEST RAPPER ALIVE

Dwayne Michael Carter a.k.a Lil Wayne

With this blog I decided to switch it all up and just talk about Lil Wayne and some things about him and why I love him and etc. I don't need to go into details about Wayne and his life because most of the poeple that will read this already watched, "Behind The Music: Lil Wayne" and with that yall almost know everything.

Anyone that knows Wayne and listens to him, knows that he's an GREAT rapper. Over the past year people have been saying that he fell off and I believe that has something to do with the fact that he can't drink what he normally would before he got locked up in 2010. That fact that he can smoke is okay but with the mixture of the two things he was used to doing he hasn't been the same, as MOST people would say. I personally think that Wayne has gotten even DEEPER with his lyrics, he still talks reckless at moments but when he wants to get deep, he WILL.

No Ceilings

In 2009, Wayne released in my opinion one of the BEST mixtapes I have EVER heard from him, which is called, "No Ceilings". Wayne went in on every single beat from that mixtape, I will argue with ANYONE that he was not playing and this mixtape should've been an album, if the beats were his, lol.

My favorite song from the mixtape.
Lil Wayne- Ice Cream Paint Job: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FK-y33xBmo

Young Money

Aside from the great success Wayne has own his own he has put together an superstar team with his own rap label.

Drake- Take Care: November 15
Bow Wow-Underrated: December 2?
Tyga- Careless World:Rise of the Last King: December 20

Pretty Ricky

" BABY GRIND ON ME "

How could anyone FORGET those lyrics and what song that came from and who was the artist/group that was singing it.

PRETTY RICKY- Original Members
      Diamond "Baby Blue" Smith
      Spectacular Smith
      Corey " Slick Em" Mathis
      Marcus "Pleasure P" Cooper

Pretty Ricky career started in 1994 in Miami, where they signed with Bluestar Entertainment  International by C.E.O.  Joesph "Blue" Smith, which also the father of all 4 original members.

In 2005 Pretty Ricky released their FIRST single which was titled, "Grind On Me". When I first heard this song I personally thought that it was one person and made someone or a group was being featured. With the type of name they have it just seemed like that's how it was. In Miami the song was the #1 requested song in the history of radio station WPOW Power 96. May 24, 2005 Pretty Ricky released their debut album "Bluestars" which sold over 56,000 copies it's first week and later the album went Gold worldwide selling over 1,000,000 albums.

Pretty Ricky- Grind With Me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AdJtw7vS1E8&ob=av2e

January 23, 2007 relased their second album which was titled , "Late Night Special" which sold over 132,000 copies in it's first week.

Pretty Ricky- Pressure http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flSpXGazHSk

Later that year member and brother of the members, Marcus "Pleasure P" Cooper was kicked out because of personal reasons. Some of the reasons that Pleasure P was kicked out is because it's rumors going around that he was a child molester & was sexual harassing his niece. Although none of this is really providing to be true or false, I believe Pleasure P DIDN'T do that. I believe he didn't do it because for many reasons such as the group was already having bad blood between each other because Pleasure P stated that he wanted to go solo. Also, the group was being called out about having sex parties, pill parties, orgy parties, and etc.

Pleasure P

Since Pleasure P had left the group back in 2007-08 he has been doing his own thing and I personally believe that he is BETTER off by himself. He has released his own album titled, "The Introduction of Marcus Cooper" and his mixtape called, "4 Ur Pleasure".

Pretty Ricky was one of those music groups that had all the young ladies and women drooling about them. From their good looks to the way the sound when their rapping or singing, the group was an HUGE hit until they dropped Pleasure P, once they dropped him they haven't been the same at all. While Pleasure P is rising the group Pretty Ricky is slowly sinking.

The picture above is an perfect example of what made the ladies fall in love with this group.

M U S I C

Have you ever sat back and wondered what the world would be like without music? If there was NO MUSIC, what would be the point of radios in vehicles? No one likes to listen to people just talk all the time about things that they really don't care about. If there was no music many people wouldn't be able to describe themselves with a certain song, for some people they wouldn't even be able to tell someone how they really feel because sometimes their words doesn't come out right. For many years, and years to come music is something that people all over the world CANNOT live without.

I tend to listen to rap (hip-hop), r&b, gospel, blues and many others types of music.
Rapping also known as "emceeing, MCing, spitting (bars), & just rhyming." Rapping can be traced back to the African roots. Before hip-hop as we know it today there was the griots of West Africa were delivering stories rhythmically over drums & sparse  instrumentation.

Freestyle
Freestyling (spitting) really has no subject/topic, rappers just go in on any and everything that really tends to pop into their head. Although freestyling is something that is suppose to come to mind many rappers tend to "cheat" and pre-write what they want to say and learn the things so that they are already prepared.

Battle Rapping
Is something that is normally done between two people in front of a audience. Battling is something that is most known on 106 & Park. 106 & Park has battle rapping every Friday which they call "Freestyle Friday".

Music is apart of my everyday lifestyle. When I'm getting ready in the morning I listen to music, when I'm on the computer I listen to music, if I can do my homework while listening to music then that is something that I will do also. There is something about music that makes everyone relate to something that is happening to them or has happened to them. I can play a certain song and just the memory of a certain event that happen makes me either happy, mad, sad, cry, hype, joyful & many other types of emotions.

Me personally I prefer more of the 90's music when it comes to R&B, the songs that were from the 90's needs to be brought back. The songs below are my personal favorites from the 90's and early 2000's.

Aaliyah Dana Haughton

On January 16, 1979 in Brooklyn, New York an BEAUTIFUL, ANGEL was born by the name of Aaliyah Dana Haughton. Aaliyah was African American descent with Native American heritage from her grandmother. At a very young age Aaliyah was performing at weddings, church choirs, and even charity events. At the age of 5, Aaliyah & her family packed up and moved to Detroit, Michigan. By the age of 10 Aaliyah had appeared on the television show, Star Search & performed in concert along Gladys Knight. At age 12, Aaliyah was signed to Jive Records, where she went on to meant her mentor R.Kelly not only was he her mentor but was also lead songwriter and producer on her FIRST solo album which was titled, "Age Ain't Nothing But A Number". The album was released in June 1994 and went on to sell 3 million copies in the United States & was certified double platinum. Along with any successful artist they had to take the bad with the good, the bad that came from this was that it was rumors going around that Aaliyah & R.Kelly were illegal married. Aaliyah ended her contract with Jive and signed with Atlantic Records. In 1996, Aaliyah released her second solo album which is titled, "One In A Million". The album went on to sell over 3.7 million albums in the United States & over 8 million albums worldwide. Aaliyah is someone that the music industry will NEVER FORGET, her legacy is to strong for something like that to even happen.

Aaliyah - Are You That Somebody

Below is a picture of rapper/singer Drake. Inside his earpiece is a picture of Aaliyah, Drake wears it everything he performs on stage in honor of Aaliyah. Drake feels like Aaliyah is with him in spirit and is making him make his next move which should be the BEST move.

In the early & mid 90's Aaliyah was a force to be wrecking with. She was one of the youngest, hottest, and most talent females r&b artist that was out, and with Timbaland & Missy Elliott on her team their was NO way that she could go wrong. Aaliyah not only made hit records but she made songs that are considered "CLASSICS" in everyone's eyes. If you haven't heard of Aaliyah I'm very positive that you've heard some of the songs that she is most remembered by such as, "One In A Million", "Rock The Boat", "Are You That Somebody", "Let Me Know", along with other hit singles that are out and available for anyone to hear. It's so sad that so many of the good people have to dies so young. Aaliyah passed away on August 25, 2001 in a horrible plane crash. When I found out about the death I was heartbroken and I even cried along with many other people around the world. Some people will NEVER understand why  people can cry or say they love someone that they never meant in their life, but it's not even about that, their music is touching people's life's on a daily basics and unless it hasn't touched you then you will never fully understand. Aaliyah you are MISSED on a daily basics by ALL of your family and fans.

Tupac Amaru Shakur

I Cry
  Sometimes when I'm alone
  I Cry,
Cause I am on my own.
The tears I cry are bitter and warm.
They flow with life but take no form
I Cry because my heart is torn.
I find it difficult to carry on.
If I had an ear to confide in,
I would cry among my treasured friend,
but who do you know that stops that long,
  to help another carry on.
The world moves fast and it would rather pass by.
Then to stop and see what makes one cry,
  so painful and sad.
  And sometimes...
  I Cry
and no one cares about why.
Tupac Shakur

No matter how old you are everybody knows this rapper, actor, and poet, Tupac Shakur. He was one of the biggest and GREATEST rapper that ever LIVED. The only rapper that sold over75 million albums worldwide, in the United States alone he sold over 37.5 millions albums.

June 16, 1971 Tupac was born on the eastern Harlem section of Manhattan, NY. His mother and father were active member of the Black Panther Party so on his birth certificate his mother wrote his name as "Lesane Parish Crooks". In 1986, Tupac and his family relocated to Maryland. Went to Baltimore School of the Arts where he studied acting, poetry, jazz, and ballet. Along with attending the school he meant now actor Jada Pinkett-Smith. Tupac and Jada became great friends, Tupac even wrote a poem that was title "JADA" which appears in his book titled, "The Rose That Grew From Concrete". In 1991 Tupac released his first solo album, "2Pacalypse Now" which didn't do so we as his other later albums. Later that year Tupac was awarded a $10 million civil suit against Oakland Police Department, where they beated him for jaywalking. In 1993, Tupac released, "Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z." which went on to become Platinum. As everyone knows along with the GOOD comes the BAD. In 1993 , Tupac was charged with sexually assaulting a women in a hotel room, he was convicted of sexual abuse and was sentenced to 1 1/2 - 41/2 years in prison. In 1994, Tupac was shot 5 times, twice in the head, twice in groin, and one through arm and thigh. With that shooting happening, he blamed rapper Biggie and Diddy. In 1995, "Me Against the World" was released while Tupac was in prison, once released from prison Tupac found himself facing another law suit and maybe even prison time. It was a wrongful death suit for the death of a six year old boy, the case was settled with the family and Tupac paid them between $300,000-$500,000 for the second time. On February 13, 1996 Tupac released his fourth solo album, "All Eyez On Me", which went on to sell 9 million copies. On September 13, 1996 the hip-hop game lost one of the GREATEST rapper of all time. Tupac Shakur was shot in killed in his car, they say that his death had something to do with the east coast and west coast beef that was going on.

You know what makes me UNHAPPY, when brothas make babies and leave a young mother to be a pappy. And since we ALL came from a WOMEN, got our name from a WOMEN and our game from a WOMEN. I wonder why we take from our women, why we rape out women, do we hate our women? I think it's time to kill for our women, time to HEAL our WOMEN, be REAL to our women.

Tupac Shakur "Keep Ya Head Up"

Tupac was is my FAVORITE rapper, I know and learned so much about this man within the past 5 years. I enjoy the music that he made and even some of the songs that we wrote I could relate to in so many different ways. I believe that Tupac's death was not because of the east coast west coast beef. Tupac was klled because he didn't want to be about of the Illuminati anymore. The Illuminati is a known for having rappers, singers and many other celebrities sell their souls to keep their F.A.M.E. within all that some rappers maybe have to kill someone to be accepted or even have sex with another male. Tupac felt like this was NOT the path he wanted and this was not how he wanted to live his life. He believed in GOD and felt that what he doing wasn't right and he knew he would be punished for it. The album, "The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory" was proof that Tupac didn't want to be part of that type of thing anymore.
I RESPECT and LOVE Tupac for everything he did and all the music he made. If you really listen to his music then you will know and understand that he was leaving messages in his songs that he wanted people to catch onto.
